Shipping During December and Holiday Periods
While we do our best to ensure your purchase is packed and shipped as fast as possible. Please plan for delays in regular courier service (up to 2-3 days longer delivery) especially during the Christmas holiday period in December. We thank-you for your patience in advance.
How will my order be shipped, what are my options?
All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Auckland, buy with confidence.
All orders will be shipped via a local courier, this is a signature-required service. Orders placed before 12pm will be received within 3-5 business days. Delivery to the South Island and some rural areas may take longer.
We cannot change the delivery address once the order has been placed.
During Public Holidays and December we may experience shipping delays due to high demand, we thank-you in advance for your patience.
Postage and handling costs
All purchases will be charged a $5 Flat Shipping Fee Nationwide.
Unfortunately, we do not ship outside of New Zealand.
Do you deliver to a PO Box Address?
We do not ship to a PO Box.
What happens if my items get lost in the mail?

What happens if I receive an incorrect item?
